Installation and Care

Installation must be completed by an adult. Confirm the wall material, hidden utilities, required height, and load path before drilling. The supplied anchors may not suit every wall; use fixings appropriate for the specific substrate and obtain qualified assistance if uncertain. Mount all four points, confirm the panel is level and cannot lift from the slots, and recheck fasteners regularly. Inspect sisal, bound edges, rails, slots, screws, and anchors for wear or movement. Remove access if loose or damaged. Vacuum fibres and wipe wood with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Keep dry and away from heat and flame.
